Centrifugal vertical oil mist collector is a kind of industrial environmental protection equipment, mainly used to deal with the cutting fluid, coolant and other oil mist gas produced in the machining process. Its working principle is to use centrifugal force to separate and recover the oil mist.

Features
The product features are small size, large air volume, highpurification efficiency: low noise, long life of consumables, and low replacementcost. For high-concentration oil fume working conditions, a high-efficiency postfilter can be selected, and the filtering accuracy can reach 0.3 micron level foreffective purification.
The use of oil mist purifier can effectively avoid affecting the machine tool circuit and control system due to excessive oil mist, reduce the maintenance cost of the machine tool, and achieve clean and efficient production.

Operating Principle
When the air containing oil mist enters the recycler, due to the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating impeller inside, the oil mist particles are separated from the air due to the difference in quality and density. The heavy oil mist particles are thrown to the wall, and flow down the wall under the action of gravity, and are collected by the recovery system. The lighter air is discharged through the outlet under the action of centrifugal force. This not only realizes the effective recovery of the oil mist, but also purifies the workshop air, reduces the pollution to the environment, and saves the production cost.
