Working Principle

The separation adopts two layers of stainless steel filter screens for preliminary filtration. Afterwards, oil and water are separated by gravity stratification based on their different densities. Cutting fluid first passes through the double stainless steel filter screens to intercept solid metal chips and large oil droplets. Then the fluid enters the separation chamber. Since oil is lighter than water, oil floats upward and accumulates on the top for collection and discharge, while purified cutting fluid sinks to the bottom for circulation reuse. It works via pure physical separation without chemical additives.
