Operating Principle
The scraped type conveyor drives the chain and scraper movement through the driving device, and uses the rotation of the scraper to push the impurities in the cutting fluid to the collection place, so as to achieve automatic chip removal.
The working principle of the scraper conveyor is that the open chute is used as the bearing part of coal, gangue or materials, and the scraper is fixed on the chain (composed of the scraper chain) as a traction member. When the head drive part starts, drive the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate, so that the scraper chain circulates to drive the material along the chute until it is unloaded to the head part. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket for stepless closed cycle operation to complete the conveying of materials.
